Meet Keep Moving Maeve, 55
Maeve is a busy mum of two who splits her time between part-time work, family life and trying to carve out moments for herself at yoga and local exercise classes. She enjoys cooking healthy meals, keeping active and making mindful choices when it comes to her wellbeing. Staying active helps her feel balanced, energised and able to keep up with the pace of everyday life, but at 55, her body started having a different conversation.
