Meet Green Fingered Gloria, 68
Gloria is retired and enjoys spending time in her garden in Yorkshire. From pruning and planting, to deciding what to grow next, gardening gives her an opportunity to be creative, spend time outdoors and take pride in her surroundings.
Gloria experiences occasional joint pain and stiffness, particularly in her knees and hands, which she may notice during or after certain gardening activities. When discomfort occurs, she listens to her body, takes appropriate breaks and adapts the task when needed.
